Apollonia Kotero

Patricia Apollonia Kotero was an American model and singer. She is also co-starring with Prince in his 1984 film Purple Rain. The most well-known of her works is the lead in Prince's 1984 Purple Rain film and lead singer of the girl group Apollonia 6 The 1980s saw the actress-singer Prince was christened Apollonia was one of many female artists to gain from their association with the prince. Patricia Kotero was born in Santa Monica, California in 1959. Her first professional venture was as a model in the 1970s. She also appeared on CHiPS. The album soon vanished. Throughout the decade that followed the singer-songwriter remained an active actor, with a few film appearances and small TV shows. Apollonia produced a Spanish/English bilingual album called Stay with Me. Following her return to the university, she received the degree of a bachelor in filmmaking.
